I was born and raised in California, but have been in Tulsa for almost 18 years. I’m the mother of 2 beautiful girls, 16 years apart in age 🙂 My favorite place to be is anywhere with a beach and a sunset. This is my 14th year at TSAS, and I love it!
The best part of my job is seeing young children evolve into young adults ❤️

I am married with 6 children, 5 of which have graduated High School from TSAS. I enjoy cooking, gardening, knitting, journaling, reading and learning new things. I am grateful to be apart of the amazing community that is TSAS.

I love being a part of the TSAS family! When I’m not at school, I’m hanging out with my husband, teenage son, and two giant pit/boxer babies named Sprite and Coca-Cola. I also have five adult children/step-children (and one grandchild!) who are scattered throughout the Midwest. Some of my interests are St. Louis Cardinal baseball, reading, napping, eating cereal, watching TV and movies with my family, listening to all kinds of music, and attending live music concerts, drag shows, and local art markets.
I strive to live life to the fullest in the present and help others whenever possible. I am passionate about good mental health, human rights and equality in all areas of life. A few of my heroes are Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Thich Nhat Hanh, RuPaul, and Michelle Obama. TSAS kids give me joy in the present and hope for the future. I’m honored to be even a small part of their journeys.
