Conferences for the 24-25 school year will take place on the following dates:
- September 26-27
- January 30-31
- April 18
All of these dates are available at TSAS.org/calendar.
To schedule conferences this year, teachers will work in grade level teams or solo to contact parents/guardians of people who need conferences. All teacher info can be found at TSAS.org/staff if parents/guardians would like to be sure to reserve a conference.
This two-way, agency and freedom rich format is designed to make sure priority conferences are given the capacity they need while parent and teacher bandwidth is protected.
Conferences must take place between 4:30-8:30 pm on September 26th and January 30th, and 8:30 am-3:50 pm on September 27th, January 31st, and April 18th.
Conferences can be in person or virtual as schedules prefer, and can happen at other times outside of these windows as needed.
Please utilize TalkingPoints and the TSAS gradebook to connect with teachers, know where your students are in terms of classroom performance, and collaborate to make conferences happen as needed.
