Enrollment: To attend summer school, you must be enrolled already. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on the waiting list.
Dates: July 5th-29th (no Fridays)
Time: 9:00-12:30 daily
Classes: Every summer school student will take Math, Science, and Humanities for one hour each, daily. Originally, we wanted to offer electives after lunch, but those did not come together.
Content: Project-based learning experiences designed to grow confidence and interest in subject areas, and supplement un-finished learning as well as enrich students’ summer vacations.
Supplies: Each day, students should bring something to write with, a notebook, their Chromebook and charger (if they have one) a water bottle. Other supplies will be provided as needed per class.
Health and Safety: Students and staff will be required to wear masks indoors and should not come to summer school if they are sick.
Attendance: To get credit for summer school, students may only miss two days. Students who present attendance or behavior concerns may be unenrolled.
Lunch: A free lunch will be provided to each student daily at 12:30 if desired.
Building Hours: Students may be dropped off as early as 8:30 am and picked up as late as 1:30 pm. Please email email@example.com for other arrangements in case of emergency.
