The PTSA is the Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences Parent Teacher and Student Association.

The Next PTSA meeting will be on October 8th, 2013 at 7 pm at TSAS.  Everyone is welcome!

NEEDED!2013-2014 Breakfast and Lunch Parent Volunteers to help with Breakfast (some lunch slots still avialable but we desperately need Breakfast help).  Breakfast is served from 7Am to 8Am everyday except Thursday when it is served 7:00-9:00 AM.  Please go to this Sign Up Genius link to sign up for time slots you can help out with:  http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080549ABAB2DA64-lunch1 or please contact Amy Knight at kerryandamyk@yahoo.com  if you are able to help.

Upcoming Events:

  • Tulsa Oilers Night for TSAS! This is in the works for November 9th and 7:35 PM.  Every ticket we sell for the game raises money for the PTSA.  More info to come!
  • Serenade Night  – November 2nd at the Bernsen Center.  We will need donations for the Silent Auction and Volunteers for the day of the event.  Please email genny_w1@hotmail.com if you would like to help get donations for the Silent Auction.  A link to sign up to help the night of will be posted shortly.
  • Annual Appeal – If you haven’t already, please donate what you can to TSAS.  Our goal is to have 100% participation this year.  Every little bit counts!  See the link on the homepage to make a fast and easy donation.

Volunteer Hours – Did you help paint some classrooms this summer?  Do you volunteer at Lunch Bunch?  Do you volunteer in any way to support the school?  Then don’t forget to record your volunteer hours!  There is a link in the upper right hand corner to record these online. 

We would love to see more parent participation at the monthly meeting.  Feel free to JUMP RIGHT IN!  We are open to any suggestions for fundraising, teacher apprecation, school/student support, or TSAS community building and service.
