That’s right! TSAS’s very own drama/vocal teacher, Mrs. G, has a chance to go to Broadway, AND YOU CAN HELP! Mrs. G entered a dance contest for the Broadway musical “Hairspray” in which she had to send in a 30 second video clip of herself dancing to a song from the musical. If she wins, she will get flown to NY to work with the dance captain of “Hairspray” and then perform in one of the musical numbers in the show ON BROADWAY!! Mrs. G recently found out that…

So, she needs all of our help. Voting is done via the internet and we need to get her as many votes as possible! Here’s how it works:
Starting Wednesday, October 18th Mrs. G’s video will be available for viewing and voting at the following link – “www.hairspraythemusical.com/dance”:http://www.hairspraythemusical.com/dance. Users can vote up to three times using a valid email address. But, only one vote per e-mail address can be used on Mrs. G. So be selfish with those votes and don’t feel like you have to use the other two on the competition.(Mrs. G’s video will be labeled “Leslie-Tulsa, OK ) Voting ends November 15, 2006 at which point the top 3 finalists will be announced November 22, 2006. The Hairspray panel of judges will place their comments online and America will vote one last time until December 15th. Winner will be announced December 20, 2006.
